Policy Details
Effective July 8, 2026, members may request a credit review for an IAP that failed to credit for the game they are playing. Requests to review multiple missed IAPs within the same game will not be accepted.
The approval of an IAP credit will be based on the principal amount you spent, no further bonuses will be applied. If Reco approves an IAP under this policy, members should be aware that we are unable to issue further manual credits if they continue playing the same game and additional IAPs subsequently fail to credit. We encourage members to submit a IAP credit request promptly after each missed IAP to ensure timely review.
