Before actively playing any of the games you download from Reco Social, ensure that they appear in the Resume Playing section of your wallet account. If the game isn't there, the install did not record properly and we will not be able to manually credit your account in the future.
Please watch the Game Install video for details on how to ensure that a game has recorded as one that is installed via Reco Social.
If you downloaded a game and it doesn't appear in your list of Resume Playing games, common reasons (but not limited to):
- Unstable internet connection or the member being in airplane mode
- A previous install on the device (such as restoring from a cloud backup)
